Record pertinent customer information such as dates, locations, animal type, requested mount, costs, and photos of the animal. All you have to do is scan the tag with your phone or tablet to access the information as you work.
How It Works in Your Shop
1. Scan and Activate
Scan the QR code with your phone or tablet camera, select the Taxidermist tab, and activate the tag using your phone number.
2. Add the Customer’s Information
Have the hunter fill out the appropriate information when dropping off their animal, including relevant dates, locations, animal details, mount type, and costs.
3. Keep the Tag With the Animal
Save the information and attach the tag. The tag will remain with the animal throughout the process until the customer picks up their completed mount.
4. Update and Reuse
For the next animal, select Update and enter your phone number to receive a verification code. Replace the previous information with the new customer’s details.
Transfer any records you need to retain before overwriting a tag. Taxidermists remain responsible for meeting applicable tagging and recordkeeping requirements.
