Return & Refund Policy

At Mount Tags, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.


Returns

Unused products in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or your QR code does not function properly, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

We may request:

  • photos of the product
  • proof of purchase
  • a description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, Mount Tags will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.


QR Code & Digital Access

Mount Tags works with trusted technology partners to support QR code functionality and digital content access.

If you experience technical issues accessing content linked to your tag, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • products damaged through misuse or improper installation
  • products showing excessive wear or alteration
  • clearance or final sale items

Shipping Issues

Mount Tags is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will assist where possible.


Limitation of Liability

Mount Tags’ liability is limited to the purchase price of the product ordered. Mount Tags is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the product or linked digital content.
